Celebrating The Festival Of Lights

Tonight is the first night of Hanukkah. While I’ve been to my share of lovely Hanukkah parties in my life, I’ve never seen one that even comes close to this very inspirational spread from Style At Home.

We’ll be having our own low key celebration here tonight, complete with Latkes (potato pancakes). For a traditional and delicious potato pancake recipe click here and for a hilarious “Shake It Off” parody that explains the history behind the Festival of Lights, click here. Happy Hanukkah!

  2. it's so nice to see something for chanukah, with good inspiration photos. it's always funny to me that there's nothing really we can decorate with besides dreidels. that one photo is just trays of dreidels. pretty trays of dreidels, but i mean, still. that's all we have, lol.

  11. Happy Hanukkah, Sue! We celebrate both Hanukkah and Christmas, but since it is just me and my husband until next week when all the kids come home, all I do is light the menorah. Hope you are doing well! xoxo
