Favorite Purchases From July

I never really want summer to end…however, this year – I think I’m ambivalent, at best.

Anyway, last day of July, like it or not, here we are.

So, favorites for July – let’s get into it!

Starting off with this cute plant stand above.

I’d wanted one of these for a while now…and finally bought one.

I love seeing all these extra blooms and herbs growing right by the back door.

Next up is this cute cardigan.

It was more of an impulse purchase after a chilly evening, much earlier this month.

To me it looks very “Chanel” inspired.

What you can’t see in the photo are the cute button details, love those.

I’ve worn it with white jeans (see below) and love it styled this way.

One of those purchases I know I can wear right into fall and beyond.

Frame straight leg white jeans favorite purchaseFRAME ‘Le High Straight’ High Rise Crop Jeans

Speaking of white jeans...

These Frame straight high rise cropped ones are my new favorite.

I’ve put on a few pounds lately and don’t want to wear skin tight white skinny jeans.

The straight cut on these is VERY forgiving.

There’s also a bit of stretch, a high rise and they are not at all see through!

Amazon Brand – find. Women’s Leather Wedge Heel Espadrille

As I’m writing this, it just occurred to me – all of these fashion items are part of the one new outfit I bought this month, and subsequently wore a lot!

Including these ridiculously comfortable wedge sandals!

Having spent a whole lot more in the past on cute summer wedges, I can tell you this pair (above) is indistinguishable from my pricier pairs.

At under $45. you just can’t beat this find!

The Laundress – Signature Laundry Detergent, Le Labo, Santal 33 Fragrance

Going right to a splurge now…

At 49.50 for a bottle of laundry detergent this is clearly a luxury item, and that’s exactly how I’ve been treating it.

I use this only on sheets, towels and my bath robe.

The smell is subtle but SO good!

It even makes the whole laundry room smell so wonderful.

Clearly not for everyone, but if you’re looking for a little treat, love this item!

So, there you have it!

What fun things have you purchased lately?

Let me know in the comments…

  1. I love The Laundress too. I just tried it for the first time this month, while their sale was running. You are right, Sue! It does make the laundry room smell so lovely!
