Home Tour: Traditional Cottage Charm In Buckhead

I love this type of “traditional cottage style” home so much!

This post first appeared here last summer.

However, over the weekend –  I thought I accidentally lost it.

Long story short, I pressed a few buttons on the back end of this blog that I probably shouldn’t have, and chaos ensued.

Now that I’ve (thankfully) gotten this post back – I thought I’d share it again here today!

I admire the residential work of architect, William B. Litchfield so much.

So, of course I was thrilled to come across this traditional cottage style home he helped to renovate along with interior designer, Jackye Lanham.

A charming 1930s cottage style home is so special.

This beautiful house in Buckhead, Atlanta is a total dream home in my book.

From the elegant facade, landscaping and perfect front porch to the lovely neutral meets high contrast palette here, everything about this home speaks to me.

There are so many chic details here – rustic beams, iron windows, wide plank floors, the list goes on and on.

Easy elegance at its finest.

So inspired by this home, I pulled together several pieces to get a similar look, be sure to scroll through to the bottom to see my picks!
