Inspired By Swedish Design

With all those clean, crisp white surfaces, Swedish interiors always seem to strike the perfect balance between chic minimalism and eclectic warmth. Thank goodness for Ikea, making so much of what we consider great Swedish style, so accessible here in the states. However, I do tend to get overwhelmed once I actually step inside an Ikea, so, recently stumbling across this interiors and real estate site from Sweden was such a boon.  Browsing through all the lovely rooms here, I can easily see so many different options and ways in which to incorporate some Swedish influence into my own home.  And, if Ikea doesn’t carry what I find, no doubt they will have something very similar.  Style from Sweden, as actually used by Swedes…authentic and inspiring.

I know I have some swedish blood somewhere because I adore the look and have my own smorgasbord of ideas. Lots of white, blonde wood and fur scattered about….
