New House, New Needs

Next week we’ll be living here at our new place in Connecticut for ten months. What once felt like an overwhelming project is now settling into an enjoyable undertaking as I poke around looking for the last few finishing pieces for our home.
The biggest project left to tackle is our dining room – this chandelier is high on my list right now. We still have a few large blank walls left, I’d love to fill one of them with a beautiful abstract by Jenny Prinn.  As we head into fall, I know from last year’s winter that our family room can get drafty…no need to fight over the throws anymore, now that Target carries such cute ones at such great prices ($18.99)! This dresser is perfect for my oldest daughter’s room. And I still can’t get enough blue and white piecesthis one is so pretty too!

!function(d,s,id){var e, p = /^http:/.test(d.location) ? ‘http’ : ‘https’;if(!d.getElementById(id)) {e = d.createElement(s); = id;e.src = p + ‘://’ + ‘’ + ‘/js/shopthepost.js’;d.body.appendChild(e);}if(typeof window.__stp === ‘object’) if(d.readyState === ‘complete’) {window.__stp.init();}}(document, ‘script’, ‘shopthepost-script’);
