October Favorites

Here they are, this month’s favorite purchases.

faux olive tree branches in blue and white vase in kitchen

Starting off with these faux olive branches in my kitchen.

These were an inexplicable impulse purchase, during one of my many recent sleepless nights.

Wasn’t sure how I felt about them at first, but they’ve grown on me and now I think they make the kitchen look a lot more cheerful.

Can’t say enough good things about these jeans.

Technically, I guess they run large.

I bought my pre- March size and they fit and feel great…that’s all I’m going to say about that!

Super elastic and higher waistband makes these officially my most comfortable and flattering jeans.

And, did I mention they’re only $78.00?!

Of course I have to mention this stainless steel outdoor fire pit.

Technically. my husband bought this…but we both love it so much I’m including it today.

Constantly making lists on lists over here, so I love a pretty note pad.

Throw in a cute monogram and I’m sold!

long duster cardigan in camelVictoria Duster Cardigan

Last but not least, I picked up this long duster cardigan during the recent Shopbop sale.

I love it even more than I expected to.

Throwing it over a black t-shirt and black leggings before I run an errand gives the illusion I’m a bit more put together than I really am!

The only drawback is this has a limited window here in Connecticut, as I don’t see myself wearing this under a winter coat.

However, when the weather warms up again in the spring, I’m sure this will be the first thing I pull out.

PS: You can find last month’s favorites here.

Also, I went ahead and added this month’s best sellers here – rather than putting them on a separate page.

And, finally – this month’s post on marble vs. quartz counter tops was easily the most popular one of the month!
