I went to high school with Annie of Annie Vanacore Photography, and through the magic of social networking through Facebook, Annie and I have been back in touch for a few years. I have fond memories of sitting next to Annie (then Ann Marie) in art class and coveting her entire wardrobe…so it didn’t surprise me one bit to learn that Annie is a talented professional photographer with a specialty in lifestyle shots and family portraits. Annie’s work has appeared in numerous well known publications and I thought it might be fun to share some of her beautiful imagery here today…

The focus of this feature is all about our smart family storage ideas.

I’m having a pinch me moment over all these great shots of me and my children, my house, my business and even the inside of my pantry (cringe!)

You might remember back in May, when I blogged about David Prince, the photographer that shot this?

He’s the talented guy who took these photos.

It was SO great to see him and his assistant in action. I feel like I learned so many great tips behind the scenes.

And, not just on photography, but on styling too!

All in it was SUCH a great experience. We’re so grateful to everyone over at Family Circle and Meredith Publishing.

Seriously, the nicest people in publishing!

Seven Moments of Summer

Even though it’s been incredibly hot (and humid!) and rainy…summer is still my favorite season by far. Here’s just a few of the many, many reasons why… Fresh flowers ~ both inside and out, quiet mornings, bike rides, back yard garden vegetables, warm weather treats and most importantly more time (and daylight!) to do it all in, including focusing on projects around here big and small…all of it captured on my other favorite, Instagram.
