CURVED SOFAS

Back in April when I attended the Kips Bay Show House in Manhattan, I had mentioned curved couches as one of the emerging trends I was seeing at the time.

Since then, I feel like I’m noticing these art deco inspired rounded couches and sofas a whole lot more.

It’s one of those design trends I’m not sure about at first, but I think the more I see it, the more I like it.

Curved sofas seem to have an air of formality to them, perfect for a NYC show house and of course real life apartment living.

There’s no denying these are very elegant, even somewhat sexy pieces.
