Beach House Renovation Ideas

Summer is slipping by!

While this isn’t the final reveal I had originally hoped for on our beach home renovation project, we’ve made SO much progress since my last update a little over a month ago…

I wanted to share the latest updates here today!

The actual renovation construction work is finally done!

Now we’re just waiting on furniture, window treatments and rugs, etc. to arrive.

It’s exciting to see the final vision come together, I just wish it was all happening a lot faster.

I’ve gone ahead and listed the all sources where I could, if I didn’t list something, chances are the item was custom, or just not available online.

Pimlico Interiors helped us source the master bedroom carpet – seen below – the brand is Stanton Carpet.

Hoping to have a dining room table by Labor Day…fingers crossed!

Renovation Questions and Sources

I get a lot of questions about the paint color here.

We went with one of my favorite white paint colors, Benjamin Moore White OC -151.

Highly recommend grabbing a Samplize sample of this paint color!

Cosmo is fully enjoying the new family room!w

Almost every room in this house had a ceiling fan.

I’m not a fan of these at all…no pun intended.

So, we ended up removing all of them and either patching the ceiling or adding a ceiling light fixture.

You can see a glimpse of our new fabricated wood floors here.

The wallpaper print here is one of my favorites.

It’s called Les Touches.

Gorgeous! I’m agonizing over a which freestanding tub to select for my master bath in our beach house. Were you happy with this tub?
