I’ve started a newsletter called The Influence Edit.

For 17 years, I’ve shared the outfits, the home finds, and the products I love. What I’ve almost never talked about is the business behind all of it. How this actually works. Which platforms really make money. What happens when a brand deal goes sideways. Why one product sells and another doesn’t. And how much of this world has nothing to do with follower count.

The Influence Edit is where I pull back the curtain.

It’s for anyone who is already creating content, thinking about starting, or simply curious how this business really works.

It’s honest, it’s occasionally unflattering to me, and it’s everything I wish someone had told me when I began quietly, with no name and no audience, back in 2009.
