Can you believe September is almost over?
Each month I love to see what resonated the most here and then round it all up in a top ten format.
September’s bestsellers were all about settling into fall. Think cozy layers, a great jacket, rich suede and leather, plus a few pieces to freshen up the house for the new season.
- The Great. Palm Lodge Cardigan You all loved this cardigan, and so do I! That’s me wearing it up top. It’s such a cozy, special piece for fall, and the palm design makes it feel a little unexpected. It runs a little large, so I sized down one size.
- Madewell Oval Plaque Buckle Belt This is the belt I’m wearing with my cardigan in the photo above, and it’s fast becoming one of my favorites. It’s also the one my friend mistook for Ralph Lauren! I love how the oval buckle adds just enough interest without feeling overly trendy.
- Coleman Compound I started using this brightening cream about two or three months ago for dark spots and hyperpigmentation, and it’s become part of my routine. It’s the first brightening cream to truly move the needle for me. I really see my dark spots fading! It’s no wonder so many of you picked it up this month!
- Athleta Skyline Pants These have been a bestseller before, I think the sales price on them put them back on the list. I own several colors (white, black, green) and reach for them all the time.
- Ruggable Kamran Coral Flatwoven Rug I have this rug (the newer all in one) and I love it. The soft, faded pattern gives it that vintage look without the vintage price tag, and since it’s Ruggable, it’s machine washable. That’s a big deal in a high traffic spot like my kitchen counter area. And, as someone who walks around barefoot a lot at home, it feels great underfoot.
- Marigold Phoebe Cardigan Last month’s number one is still going strong! I have this one too, and that marigold color is just perfect for fall. The knot buttons are such a special detail. It works over a white tee or a simple dress, but I think my favorite way to wear this is with a pair of blue jeans. Creates such a beautiful color combo.
- Embroidered Pillow Cover in Juniper These pillow covers are such an easy way to zhush up a room. The embroidered leafy print in that juniper green feels so rich and layered. They look like they came from a high end design shop. Personally I’m eyeing these for our Florida home.
- Modal PJ Pants Another repeat from August, and I’m not surprised. I own these and they’re beyond comfortable! The wide leg and contrast piping give them an elevated feel, so they’re punching way above their weight class.
- Cropped Barn Jacket in Denim A barn jacket is such a classic for fall, and this cropped version feels fresh. The cropped length looks great with high rise pants and jeans. It’s an easy layer you’ll wear on repeat until it’s time for a heavier coat.
- Banana Republic x La Ligne The Suede Wrap Midi Skirt This whole collab is genius and this skirt is everything I love about fall dressing. The rich brown suede and wrap shape feel so polished. Pair it with a simple knit and flats or boots and you’re done.
