We’re only about halfway through another long winter here in Connecticut, so I’m sharing my extensive list of things I like to do if I find myself with some free time and I’m bored at home.

55 Things To Do When You’re Bored At Home

This is a mix of all different ideas of stay at home activities I’ve collected over the past 24 months.

I made sure to poll a few family members and friends in order to get the best list of fun things to do when you are bored in your spare time.

Hope you enjoy these ideas and favorite things.

Things To Do at Home

  1. Take out those old board games. We recently dusted off our old Scrabble board and it turned out to be a lot more fun than I remember. It’s also a great way to connect with family members and get them off of social media for a bit.
  2. Take an online course. There are so many amazing options available out there. I’m looking into possibly learning a new skill with Masterclass.
  3. Try out a new recipe. Now is the perfect time to get creative in the kitchen. Why not try out my easy granola recipe? Actually, this is another thing I should consider learning more about online!
