Super Easy Banana Bread Granola Recipe
Banana bread is really having a moment this year.
In our house, so is home made granola.
This delicious and healthy recipe combines both!
A super delicous concept which works great – with yogurt for breakfast, cut up into granola bars and even with chocolate chips added as a sweet treat.
Serving/Time:
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Bake/Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
Serving Size: 4 cups
Ingredients:
3 ½ cups Old Fashioned Oats
¼ cup Sesame Seed
¼ cup Flax Seed
½ cup Green Pumpkin Seeds
½ cup Chopped Walnuts
2 cups Banana Chips, chopped
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¾ cup Honey
¼ cup Pure Maple Syrup
Directions:
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees
- Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and combine
- Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread the granola mix
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes, taking the granola out every 10 minutes to mix so it doesn’t burn
- Remove when the granola is golden brown and toasty
- Enjoy!
