What’s everyone up to this weekend?
Personally, I’ve been trying to get more motivated about getting back in shape.
I really don’t like most work outs…
So I committed to start doing a little “beginner yoga: everyday for at least 10 minutes.
I’m happy to say I’ve done over 70 minutes of yoga this week!
This might not sound like a lot to you, but it’s a big (yet baby step move) in the right direction for me!
Anyway, on to this week’s round up!
