Super Easy Banana Bread Granola Recipe

This recipe is for the banana bread lovers who might just be a little sick of banana bread…

And, It’s also for granola lovers!

As this delicious and healthy banana recipe combines both!

A tasty concept which works great – with yogurt for breakfast, cut up into granola bars and even with chocolate chips added as a sweet treat.

Plus, this healthy granola recipe uses very simple ingredients and has very little added sugar.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Bake/Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Serving Size: 4 cups

Ingredients:

3 ½ cups Old Fashioned Oats

¼ cup Sesame Seed

¼ cup Flax Seed

½ cup Green Pumpkin Seeds

½ cup Chopped Walnuts

2 cups Banana Chips, chopped

1/8 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

¾ cup Honey

¼ cup Pure Maple Syrup

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees f
  2. Add all of the ingredients (both the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients) to a large bowl and combine
  3. Cover a cookie sheet or baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the granola mixture
  4. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, taking the granola out every 10 minutes to mix so it doesn’t burn
  5. Remove when the granola is golden brown and toasty
