The Interior Designer Look For Less

Currently on the hunt for pieces for our new home in Florida…

So, my online shopping has been kicked up a notch.

As a result, I’ve come across a lot more amazing home decor finds, some at really great prices.

Having worked with several professional interior decorators through the years, I’ve learned a few great tips and simple tricks during the design process for my own home.

Today I thought I’d share some of my favorite budget friendly home decor pieces with you.

You don’t need to buy the priciest items in order for your home to look more expensive.

In fact, I always prefer a mix of high end design styles and more affordable pieces of furniture.

This is such a great way to achieve a more personal style through out your home.

An important thing to remember is decorative elements should look collected, with interesting focal points to make a room feel lived in and loved.

This mix can even include some quirky flea market finds, but that’s a whole different blog post!

Whether you’re looking for a piece of furniture, throw pillows, a table lamp, floor lamp or just looking for a few new design ideas, I’m sure you’ll find something for your living space here today.

I stuck with a mostly neutral color palette here.

This way all these pieces will work in a variety of homes and functional spaces.

The good news is you’ll get the high-end look for a lot less money.
