Especially when it comes to your bathroom or powder room, as these high-traffic areas have their own specific qualities and needs.

A good choice in general would be a satin finish.
A satin enamel finish is somewhat soft looking and considered to be a bit pearl-like.
Satin finishes are a good option for high-moisture areas like bathrooms.

It’s durable and looks great.
Can I Use High-Gloss Paint In A Bathroom?
The short answer is yes.
This is because some people may choose to use a semigloss or high-gloss finish instead of a paint with mildew-resistant properties .
However, it’s worth noting that these glossy paints don’t prevent mold.
A semi-gloss or high gloss finish is just considered to be easier to clean than most other types of low sheen paint options.
High gloss finishes are harder to apply but they can be beautiful when they are done right.
Ultimately, this really just comes down to personal preference.
